Project Overview
The besieged Gaza Strip faces a horrific tragedy due to the catastrophic shortage of drinking water. Thirst is shockingly invading residential areas due to the cutting off of water supplies, the deliberate bombing of wells and water sources, and the lack of fuel needed to operate water pumping and distribution stations.
In collaboration with the "Technical Association for Development and Advancement," the Tasharuky crowdfunding platform launches the campaign "Installing Solar Panels to Provide Electricity and Water for Displaced People in Gaza." The project aims to facilitate the pumping of water from existing underground wells in schools where citizens have taken refuge and in hospitals, contributing to access to safe, clean water for vulnerable populations, especially women, children, and individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Allah is in the aid of a servant as long as the servant is in the aid of his brother," and "There is no charity with a greater reward than providing water." Let's stand by them, support their children, and together contribute to alleviating their immense hardships and suffering.
