Drop of water | Providing access to clean water for 1,000 families in Yemen.
Yemen Country: Yemen

Project Overview

In Yemen, thousands of families suffer from a severe shortage of clean water. Women and children often stand for hours to collect limited amounts of water, and in many cases, they are forced to use contaminated water that threatens their health. Inspired by the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) saying, “The best charity is giving water to drink,” Green Empowerment for Development Organization launched the “Drop of Water” campaign to provide clean water to the most vulnerable families, especially displaced people, widows, and the elderly. The campaign delivers water to nearby distribution points in an organized and fair manner, helping ease suffering and reduce the spread of disease. It aims to provide 225,000 liters of clean water to support 1,000 families through 38 water tankers, under field supervision that ensures transparency despite ongoing challenges. Your contribution today is not just a donation.. it is water that quenches thirst and relief for those exhausted by the search for it.

Donate now.. because a single drop of water can mean life.
