Project Overview
In Al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City, where the signs of life have faded and silence has taken over after devastating destruction, children are left with nothing but the words of Allah. They turn to the Qur’an for comfort from the pain of loss and find light in its guidance amid the darkness of the rubble. Despite the damage to Al-Bayan Center and the loss of many of its resources, around 250 students still gather among the rubble, supported by 30 teachers who share the hardship with them, striving to preserve their peace of heart and the light within their souls. This faith-driven project aims to ensure the stability of teaching and learning the holy Qur'an in Al-Bayan center for the next three months. It includes sponsoring students, supporting teachers so they can continue their mission, and securing a safe educational environment. The project also seeks to provide the necessary supplies to keep the center a nurturing refuge for the children of Gaza and to ensure the continuation of this blessed message despite all challenges.
