Economic Empowerment for Remote Work for Gaza Students in Istanbul
Turkey Country: Turkey

Project Overview

Amid the economic challenges faced by Palestinian students in Turkey, particularly those from Gaza, the "Economic Empowerment for Remote Work for Gaza Students in Turkey" project is an important initiative to sustainably support these young people. The Development and Training Academy, in collaboration with the Tasharuky platform, is implementing the project to improve students' conditions by enhancing their skills and preparing them for the job market, especially as many struggle to find suitable employment due to difficult economic circumstances.

There are over 2,000 Gazan students in Turkey, with more than half lacking financial support due to the loss of a parent or circumstances preventing their families in Gaza from providing assistance. These challenges have made sustainable support for students an urgent need to help them complete their education and meet basic living needs.

The project aims to empower these students to build stable professional lives through specialized training to hone their skills and increase their chances of finding jobs that enable them to become self-reliant.

Contribute now; let’s give them hope for a better life.
