Project Overview
The devastating war on Gaza has disrupted the education of 665,000 schoolchildren. The widespread destruction of most educational facilities, including schools and infrastructure, has led to a complete halt in the educational system. Due to the ongoing brutal war, students have lost an entire academic year. It is now our collective responsibility to support the educational sector, especially for young children in primary school.
In collaboration with the "Education Around the World" Association, the Tasharuky Crowdfunding Platform is launching the "Educational Tents for Gaza’s Children" project. Through this initiative, we aim to set up four educational tents, with each tent serving as a classroom for a different grade level. Each tent will accommodate 60 students in two shifts: 30 students in the morning and 30 in the evening for each grade level, over three months. Additionally, another tent will provide essential psychological support to children. We will also supply school bags, stationery, and uniforms to the students, as well as provide them with daily meals and rewards for the teachers and staff involved.
