Project Overview
Since the beginning of the war on the besieged Gaza Strip, families face numerous daily battles, including the struggle to obtain water. Palestinian women and children often stand in long lines under the scorching sun, amidst terrifyingly crowded conditions, hoping to get a little drinking water. These efforts often end in failure due to water cuts or technical breakdowns.
In collaboration with the " BARAKA EMERGENCY RESPONSE" the Tasharuky Crowdfunding Platform is launching the "Solar-Powered Water Well for Displaced Families in Gaza" project. This initiative is an urgent response to the severe water crisis in Gaza and aims to provide water for 2,000 displaced people in the Al-Zawayda area in central Gaza.
